The Catalysts is a 6-month development program designed exclusively for first-time managers. It blends coaching, microlearning, and peer support to build the confidence and skills needed to lead effectively and create thriving teams.
Each cohort brings together a small group of first-time managers for:

Meet your facilitator
Katherine Craig is an experienced senior leader, learning and leadership consultant, and executive coach. She has worked with organisations of all sizes from large global companies to small high-growth businesses, helping leaders at every level build confidence and capability.
Katherine holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, is an ICF-accredited executive coach, and a certified Leadership Circle practitioner. She has coached executives, partners, senior leaders, and first-time managers, using behavioural science, coaching psychology, and practical tools to create lasting impact.
