New Manager Program
A 6-month development journey for first-time managers
Our signature program is designed to help new managers build the confidence and skills to lead effectively — without sacrificing wellbeing.
Each cohort brings together a small group of new and early managers for an intimate, practical learning experience that fits alongside their day-to-day work.Each program includes:
- Monthly 90-minute group coaching sessions focused on real leadership challenges
- Individual coaching sessions to deepen self-awareness, confidence, and personal growth
- Access to the Powerful Habits microlearning platform to practice simple, practical leadership skills in the flow of work
Participants will:
- Strengthen core leadership skills — trust, communication, coaching, accountability, team culture, and self-leadership
- Build a trusted peer network to share experiences and support one another
- Create positive, high-trust workplaces where people feel supported, empowered, and able to do their best work
